Barbeque Sample Menu

During the Drinks Reception 

We offer a beautiful grazing table or an assortment of passed tartine canapés with a selection of toppings. 

Barbeque

Cooked over the charcoal BBQ by the chef and served at the buffet table

  • Chimichurri enrecote beef(supplement 3 euros)

  • Grilled spiced aubergine with Harissa hummus(vG)

  • Chicken supreme marinated in fresh ginger, oregano & lime

  • Pork loin medallioins honey & soy drizzeled

  • Chipolata and merguez sausages 

  • Hand pressed beef burger, soft brioche bun

  • Persian spiced marinated, butterflied legs of lamb, pomegranate salsa (supplement of 3 euros)

Served at the buffet table for guests to help themselves

  • Local melon, walnut, blue cheese & fresh mint

  • Roast butternut squash and red onion with tahini and za'atar

  • French beans dressed  in lemon infused olive oil topped with garlic chive tomato concasse

  • Chickpea, grated carrot & garlic croutons drizzled with a cumin seed scented dressing

  • Mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, black olives, fresh basil pesto and pasta

  • Romain lettuce tossed in classic Caesar dressing

Desserts

Served at the buffet table for guests to help themselves

  • Soft, hard & blue cheeses served with onion jam, bread and fresh seasonal fruit

  • Rich chocolate cake with crème Chantilly

  • Pear & almond frangipane with orange blossom mascarpone

  • Lemon cheesecake with mixed summer berries

  • Tangy lemon and lime tart with strawberry coulis & crème Chantilly
