Our menus reflect casual French dining alongside familiar British food ideas.
Living in the Dordogne, South West France, known as the jewel of French gastronomy due to it's wealth of Perigoudine culinary produce. Magret duck breast, foie gras, Bergerac wines, strawberries from La Douze and walnuts all feature throughout our menus and we love utilising and discovering these local food gems.
The Event Kitchen is a small catering company based in the heart of the Dordogne, we specialise in catering for weddings and events across South West France and more recently during Covid we have adapted our services to offer a 'Dine Out At Home' delivery service.
Having worked in the catering and tourism industries for over 30 years we know delicious food and service is key to a great event. From the outset, we carefully answer questions on every detail so that the event day flows smoothly, just as you planned it.
Whether you're planning a fairytale wedding, celebrating a special occasion, hosting an intimate meal for friends and family or a picnic by the river or would like a delicious meal delivered to your door, we would love to hear from you.
