Who We Are

 

This collaboration allows us to seamlessly share enquiries, menu ideas, teams, and resources, while providing a strong support network for our clients. Each chef operates as an independent, self-employed professional, equipped with relevant insurances and their own Terms and Conditions.

Presley, Wendy, and Delvin lead the catering teams, while Catherine oversees front-of-house operations and event planning. Together, we form a collaborative group of experienced, like-minded individuals passionate about catering in South West France.

When you first contact us, Catherine carefully assesses your enquiry and connects you with the chef best suited to your requirements. We then recommend an online call with that chef for a detailed discussion of your requirements and vision.

 

While our extensive range of menus offers ample options, our chefs are also happy to craft bespoke menus tailored to your vision. Your chosen chef will work closely with you to curate a menu tailored to your preferences.

If you choose to book the services of Presley, Wendy, or Delvin for your event, you're contracting directly with your selected chef, all operating under the umbrella of  The Event Kitchen collaboration. Each chef is independently registered in France, equipped with the necessary insurances and individual Terms and Conditions and they run their own weddings and events here in France.

There are occasions, particularly for larger events, when Presley, Wendy, and Delvin will work together on an event, pooling their expertise and skills. This joint effort enables us to effortlessly cater to diverse event sizes and preferences while upholding exceptional standards. In such cases, invoices will be divided among the chefs based on their respective contributions to the event. This arrangement will be clearly communicated to you right from the start, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.

Throughout the menu planning process, your lead chef will collaborate closely with you to create a personalised menu that perfectly complements your event. During the quieter off-peak months, we offer tasting sessions where you can sample a variety of dishes, meet our team, and decide on the ideal fit for your occasion.

As your event approaches, rest assured that we remain fully dedicated to providing guidance and support. Our commitment is to ensure that your event surpasses expectations, and we're here to assist you in any way possible.
